2014 ROM. The Forbidden City Ex. Life in the Palace at the Royal Ontario Museum (HD, images)

Approximately 250 objects will travel to the ROM from Beijing's Palace Museum. Many of these are national treasures never before seen in North America. Approximately 80 artifacts have never travelled outside the walls of the Forbidden City, including textiles. Fashion was the important part of the life in the palace.
